Suhoor Recipes
Throughout Ramadan, Suhoor is just as crucial as the Iftar meal. It primes our bodies for the fasting hours ahead, supplying the necessary energy and nutrients. With prolonged fasting, there’s a risk of nutrient depletion, making it vital to consume a well-rounded diet to prevent dehydration and muscle loss. Suhoor should consist of a balanced combination of proteins, carbohydrates and healthy fats.
