This isn’t your typical cookbook. “Empowering Women Through Cooking: UAE,” published by Motivate Books. Arij Baidas and Nadia Kamber were the editors and project coordinators for the UAE edition of the book. It is a unique combination of storytelling, recipes, and social awareness.

We launched Empowering Women through Cooking – UAE on February 29, 2024. A project that includes the stories and recipes of 55 women who live in UAE and come from different nationalities, socio-economic backgrounds, religions, and cultures.
