Born to Zanzibari parents, raised in Dubai, and having lived on 3 continents, Saeed Al Ismaily is no stranger to bold flavours and varying cooking styles. Though much of his adult life has been in the corporate world, Saeed’s true passion lies in the kitchen. In 2015, he moved to London where he trained with some of the industry’s best professional chefs at the Cordon Bleu Institute, during which period he was able to build on his skills and perfect his craft. Today, Saeed continues to wow us with his delicious dishes. He says that his speciality lies in baking, but his talents exceed far beyond desserts. And since leaving the Cordon Blue, he has invested a great deal of time in training and mentoring some of Dubai’s talented youths, and helping them achieve their culinary dreams.
