Method
– Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to packet instructions or until al dente.
– Mix the yogurt and garlic in a bowl. Taste and season with salt, then set aside.
– Shallow fry the pine nuts in a small pan with 1 tablespoon of the oil, then take off the heat and set aside to cool.
– Heat the remaining oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté the minced meat until cooked through. Season with salt and seven spice.
– Transfer the cooked pasta to a large serving dish.
– Top with the yogurt, followed by the minced meat and garnish with the pine nuts.
– Serve hot or warm.
