Method
– Prepare the Easy Sumac Marinade (recipe available in the Pantry)
– Marinate your chicken for a minimum of 30 minutes (or several hours, if you have the time).
– Preheat oven to 220°C.
– Bring to room temperature before cooking, then transfer to a small baking dish along with the marinade.
– Note: if your oven dish is too big, then avoid adding the marinade juices as it will spread out and burn.
– Cook in the oven for 20 – 25 minutes.
– Once removed from the oven, cover partially with tinfoil and leave to rest for 10 – 15 minutes.
– Sprinkle with more sumac and serve with bread and raw onions.
