Overnight Oats

Make ahead and enjoy straight out of the fridge. This really is a fuss free way to enjoy a late-night meal, and be creative with the ingredients; opt for some fresh fruits, chia seeds, a drizzle of honey or maplesyrup – anything you can think of to keep you energised throughout the day!

Peanut Butter Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Oats – 1 Cup, preferably rolled oats
  • Almond Milk – 1 Cup
  • Chia Seeds – 1 tsp
  • Flaxseeds – 1 tsp, ground
  • Vanilla Extract or Beans – 1/2 tsp
  • Banana – 1, sliced
  • Blueberries – 1/4 Cup
  • Maple Syrup – 1 1/2 tsp
  • Method

    – Mix the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, flaxseeds, honey and vanilla extract in a bowl.

    – Seal tightly and place in the fridge overnight.

    – Serve with sliced bananas and blueberries, or any fruit of choice.
