Ingredients

  • Frozen Banana – 1 pc, Small, frozen
  • Peanut Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Flaxseeds – 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon – 1 tsp
  • Almond Milk – 1 1/2 Cups
  • Method

    – Pour all ingredients into a high powered blender and process until well blended. Drink straight away.
