Jiddo’s Eggs

Probably one of the easiest things to make on yufeed, and makes for a great quick and easy suhoor meal. Enjoy with a side of buttered toast and don’t forget to hydrate!

Jiddo’s Eggs

Cooking Time : 5 MINUTES

Ingredients

  • Grapeseed Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Egg – 4
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black Pepper – to taste
  • Sumac – 1 tsp, or more if preferred
  • Method

    – Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

    – Crack the eggs into the pan, and just as it is starting to set, use a spatula to slightly break the yolks.

    – Season with salt, black pepper and a generous helping or sumac.

    – As soon as whites are set, take off the het and serve with bread.
