The Importance Of Eating Together
Last night I had a dinner party. There were 10 of us, and I had put a lot of work into curating a delicious, well-balanced menu. And as much as I love to cook, things can alw

yufeed was created as an extension to what I was already doing often for friends – giving them ideas of what to cook or sharing my weekly menu.
I realised that many people find deciding what to cook an exhausting but necessary task. I also started noticing on the groups that I am part of, the same comments and questions coming up over and over – my kids are sick of the same recipes I cook, anyone with any ideas? What is everyone cooking today – I need some inspiration. Then a friend of mine said you should just post your weekly menu for us at the beginning of the week to get ideas – and yufeed came about.
We are hoping to help with that daily conundrum of ‘what to cook’ and reduce decision fatigue and time spent searching for recipes. We hope to open the food conversation in the house and get kids interested in food and trying new things.
As a menu generating app, users will be able to customize their grocery lists accordingly, thereby minimising waste. We are hoping to reduce the food ordering bill and get kids eating healthy for most of the week. Most importantly, we are hoping to get this big to-do off the already long list of the main carer of the household.
All our recipes are ours or have been handed to us by various people from their mums, dads or grandparents, recipes that have been in the family, tried and tested over and over. Each household has its different touch, so feel free to play around with the recipes, and if you have any family favourites you want to share, we are happy to receive and share on.
From all the cooks and chefs who have graciously and generously shared their recipes with me for yufeed, enjoy your food and enjoy its power to gather people together.

I've been looking for an app that does exactly this: allows me to generate healthy meal plans for my family. Yufeed seems to have endless menus of meals that my family will actually eat. I loved that i can customize the meals to accommodate dietary restrictions, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and effective way to plan meals
Love this app. So easy to use and full of great recipes. The menu can be curated to include or exclude specific ingredients or allergens and the menu selection also allows you to specify the particular diet you might be on, like keto or iron-rich recipes, etc. Great product, definitely recommend it.
