Though intended for Breakfast, this Healthy Granola meal can actually be had any time of day. It is packed full of goodness; between the oats, chia seeds, honey and fresh fruits, topped over a bowl of Greek yogurt, this meal is both delicious and healthy.

Ingredients
Method
– Mix the chia seeds and yogurt in a large bowl.
– Divide the yogurt evenly between 4 serving bowls (approximately 1 cup of yogurt in each bowl).
– Top each with a small handful of the granola and dates.
– Top each with the blueberries and strawberries (or any fruit of choice).
– Keep in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, and drizzle with some honey or pure maple syrup before serving.
