Packed full of Kale and leafy greens, tomatoes, onions and sesame seeds – needless to say, your day’s food goals are easily achieved with this one dish alone. The flavours come together perfectly, with the sliced apples giving it that perfect little tang to bring it all together.

Method
– Dry roast the sesame seeds in a pan over medium heat until you hear a popping sound. Set aside to cool.
– Place all ingredients into a large bowl, including the cooled sesame seeds.
– Toss with the maple mustard dressing and transfer to a serving bowl – Dressing is available in the Pantry.
– Let the salad sit for at least 30 or so minutes so the kale as time to absorb the dressing and wilt down. If salad seems too dry after, add more dressing and toss again.
– Taste and season with salt if needed.
– Garnish with the extra sesame seeds and paprika and serve.
