Method
– Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, vinegar, oregano, and dill in a bowl until blended. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
– Combine the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, capsicum and olives in a bowl. Toss with the dressing.
– Sprinkle with the feta and serve.
