Chocolate PB Oats

Who said you can’t have chocolate on an empty stomach? Forget the rules for one minute and indulge in your new favourite overnight Chocolate and PB Oats – full of goodness, flavour and texture, this breakfast/dessert will all but guarantee a good start to your day!  

Chocolate PB Oats

Ingredients

  • Oats – 1/2 Cup
  • Almond Milk – 1/3 Cup
  • Dark Cocoa Nibs – for serving, optional
  • Peanut Butter – 1 tbsp, smooth, plus more for serving
  • Maple Syrup – 1 tbsp
  • Cocoa Powder – 1 tbsp
  • Banana – for serving (optional)
  • Method

    – In a small jar, combine the oats, milk, cocoa, peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix until thoroughly combined. Seal and refrigerate overnight.

    – Serve topped with additional peanut butter mini chocolate chips and banana slices.
