Ingredients

  • Coconut Water – 1/2 Cup
  • Blueberries – 1 Cup. frozen (plus fresh berries for topping)
  • Banana – 1 Large, frozen (plus 1 fresh for topping)
  • Spinach – 1/2 – 3/4 Cup
  • Granola – for serving
  • Acai Bar – 1, slightly thawed and broken into 3 – 4 pieces
  • Method

    – Pour the coconut water, frozen berries, Acai bar, frozen bananas and spinach into a high powered blender.

    – Blend until a smooth, but a thick consistency is formed.

    – Pour into a bowl, top with granola and fresh berries and sliced banana and serve.

    – Note: Any fruit of choice can be used as toppings.
